From Kyoto Station
We are 15 minutes by taxi from Kyoto Station.
The location is on Gokomachi Street just south of Nijo Street:
in Japanese,
"Gokomachi-dori Nijo sagaru."
But you can just tell the driver,
"Hiiragiya Bekkan."
You can also take the subway here from Kyoto Station.
Take the Karasuma line to Karasuma Oike,
change there to the Tozai line,
and get off at Kyotoshiyakusho-mae,
leave by exit no.11(for Teramachi dori St.(North), City Hall).
Walk west a couple of minutes to Gokomachi Street, turn right and walk just another two minutes.
By Airport Bus
Choose the airport bus for Kyoto which stops at the Kyoto Hotel.
Get off at the Kyoto Hotel, walk west on Oike Street four or five minutes,
turn right on Gokomachi Street, and go two minutes more.
